Here is the first version of the guidelines document for backing up the staff in opening and closing the lab. This is not to be confused with the general instructions for opening and closing procedures for the Help Desk and Clark Hall Computer Lab.

Got to know stuff, Ver. 3

This the document on "Got to Know Stuff." This is after a couple of revisions. Microsoft Word formatting is problematical on this so I am posting two versions. The Word Format is easier to make changes to make changes to but you may find formatting errors creeping in as you move from machine to machine. This should not be the case with the PDF and you can add comments to the PDF in Acrobat. If you just want to print it the PDF is recommended.
